Shipping

For your convenience, we offer free shipping throughout Europe on orders over €150. Delivery normally takes 15 business days, but always within 20 business days in case of delays. The price includes all applicable taxes and duties (except for items purchased at outlet or wholesale).

Cancellations: Unfortunately, we are unable to process any cancellations after 24 hours from when your order was placed with us.

Taxes and duties: shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All taxes and duties are prepaid and included in our online prices (with the exception of items purchased from sample sales, outlet sales, or wholesale).

Courier: Shipments are handled by various couriers to ensure the best delivery method. DHL, Fedex, UPS, etc. You will receive regular updates on your order and delivery status via email, and you’ll get a notification email with tracking as soon as your package ships.

Timing: As furs are custom-made products, they require up to 15 business days to be crafted plus shipping time. You will receive an email as soon as your package is shipped.
