Size guide – Size information:
Size S: 102 cm circumference, recommended for IT size 38–40.
Size M: 106 cm circumference, recommended for IT size 42–44.
Size L: 110 cm circumference, recommended for IT size 44–46.
Size XL: 114 cm circumference, recommended for a generous IT size 46.

Total length (including lining and fur length) 58 cm. – Lining length 50 cm – Sleeve length 65 cm.

For simplicity, we offer free shipping throughout Europe for orders over €150. Delivery takes 15 working days. The price includes all applicable taxes and duties. (except items purchased at outlets or wholesale).

Cancellations: Unfortunately we are unable to process any cancellations after 24 hours have passed since your order was placed with us.

Taxes & Duties: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. All taxes and duties are prepaid and included in our online prices (except for items purchased in sample sale, outlet sale, or wholesale).

Courier: Shipments are processed by various couriers to ensure the best delivery method. DHL, Fedex, UPS etc. You will receive regular updates on your order and delivery status via email, you will receive an email alert as soon as the package leaves with tracking to follow the shipment.

Timing: Furs, being custom made products, require up to 15 working days to be made plus shipping. You will receive an email as soon as the package leaves.

Each fur coat is custom-made and personalized exclusively for you, making it a tailored garment.

Since these products are made to order, you can customize the size, color, measurements, collars, or hoods; however, according to art. 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code, exchanges or returns are not permitted.

Fur Care Instructions

Because the furs are freshly sewn and packaged, it’s important to follow a few guidelines to ensure their longevity:

1. Hang the fur on a hanger.
2. Store the fur in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
3. Shake the fur vigorously or comb it to lift the hair and remove any excess lint.
4. Avoid applying perfume, as it may discolor the fur and dry out the leather.
5. If you purchased light-colored furs, avoid wearing dark clothing the first few times, as the fur may initially shed some excess hair.

By following these simple guidelines, you can best preserve the beauty and quality of your fur.
