Shipping

For simplicity, we offer free shipping throughout Europe for orders over €150. Delivery usually takes 15 working days, but in any case within 20 working days in case of delays. The price includes all applicable taxes and duties. (except for items purchased at outlets or wholesale).

Cancellations: Unfortunately we are unable to process any cancellations after 24 hours have passed since your order was placed with us.

Taxes & Duties: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. All taxes and duties are prepaid and included in our online prices (except for items purchased in sample sale, outlet sale, or wholesale).

Courier: Shipments are processed by various couriers to ensure the best delivery method. DHL, Fedex, UPS etc. You will receive regular updates on your order and delivery status via email, you will receive an email alert as soon as the package leaves with tracking to follow the shipment.

Timing: Furs, being custom made products, require up to 15 working days to be made plus shipping. You will receive an email as soon as the package leaves.
