Returns
We hope you too will love GIUMA designer pieces. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, (except for tailored pieces) you can return items that meet our eligibility requirements below:
* Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
* Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. If your return exceeds the 14 day period, but remains within 17 days of receiving your order, a 1 year gift card will be issued. We do not accept returns after 17 days and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
* Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must be in saleable condition, free from marks and stains.
Unfortunately, returns will not be accepted if the above requirements are not met.
Please include a sheet of paper with your identification data and the order number in the return package. Failure to do so may cause a delay in the return process.
Non-returnable items:
*Items that have been worn, washed, stained or damaged.
*Items without original labels and packaging.
* Gift vouchers
* Sample Sale/Outlet Sale Items
*Tailored garments (all furs and vests)
If you receive your items damaged/defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery via our whatsapp chat.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please note that returns are not free of charge, so you will be responsible for postage costs. We will not be held responsible for any items returned to us being lost in transit, so we recommend that you send the goods back via a trackable service and retain proof of postage until you receive notification of your refund.
You will be refunded the full amount minus the shipping costs (which include any VAT, customs charges, shipping costs)
You should clearly address the package to “GIUMA RETURNS”. Failure to do so will result in excess duties/taxes that will be deducted from your refund.
