Do not wash in water; do not bleach; do not tumble dry; do not iron; do not dry clean; do not wet clean professionally; do not use fabric washing or dry-cleaning methods. Have cleaned only by specialists in leather and/or fur.

For simplicity, we offer free shipping throughout Europe for orders over €150. Delivery takes 15 working days. The price includes all applicable taxes and duties. (except items purchased at outlets or wholesale).

Cancellations: Unfortunately we are unable to process any cancellations after 24 hours have passed since your order was placed with us.

Taxes & Duties: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. All taxes and duties are prepaid and included in our online prices (except for items purchased on sample sale, outlet sale, or wholesale).

Courier: Shipments are processed by various couriers to ensure the best delivery method. DHL, Fedex, UPS etc. You will receive regular updates on your order and delivery status via email, you will receive an email alert as soon as the package leaves with tracking to follow the shipment.

We hope you love GIUMA designer clothes too. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items that meet our eligibility requirements below:

* Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

* Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. If your return exceeds the 14 day period, but remains within 17 days of receiving your order, a 1 year gift card will be issued. We do not accept returns after 17 days and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

* Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must be in saleable condition, free from marks and stains.

Unfortunately, returns will not be accepted if the above requirements are not met.

Please include a sheet of paper with your identification data and the order number in the return package. Failure to do so may cause a delay in the return process.

Non-returnable items:

If you receive your items damaged/defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery via our whatsapp chat.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please note that returns are not free of charge, so you will be responsible for postage costs. We will not be held responsible for any items returned to us being lost in transit, so we recommend that you send the goods back via a trackable service and retain proof of postage until you receive notification of your refund.

You should clearly address the package to “GIUMA RETURNS”. Failure to do so will result in excess duties/taxes that will be deducted from your refund.
