GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND RETURNS
Delivery:
All items are made to order after the order is placed.
- Production and delivery times: Estimated at 12-15 business days, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
- The term business days refers to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- During peak season, processing times may be longer as each piece is hand-sewn.

FREE SHIPPING
- For orders over €150, we offer free shipping throughout Europe.
- Taxes and duties are included in the online prices (excluding outlet, sample, and wholesale items).
- Delivery usually takes place within 15 business days, with a maximum of 20 business days in case of delays.
Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours from placement.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return under the following conditions:
- Request deadline: Within 10 business days of delivery.
- Return shipping: Within 14 days of delivery, as provided by Art. 64 of the Consumer Code.
- Items must be:
- Not worn, not washed, or altered.
- In original condition, with intact tags and packaging.
- Return shipping costs: Paid by the customer.
Italy Refund:
- The product amount will be refunded, minus the initial shipping cost of €15.
- For returns made between the 14th and 17th day, a gift card valid for 1 year will be issued.
- We do not accept returns after 17 days.
Refunds EUROPE:
- The product amount will be refunded, minus the initial shipping cost and any additional expenses incurred by the company for customs duties to ensure the customer has no extra charges upon delivery.
- For returns made between the 14th and 17th day, a gift card valid for 1 year will be issued.
- We do not accept returns after 17 days.
Non-returnable items:
- Customized or made-to-measure products (e.g., furs and vests).
- Items purchased on sale, outlet, or sample sale.
- Gift cards.
International returns:
- Returns are not free. You must use a tracked shipping service.
- Giuma Venezia is not responsible for items lost during transit.
- Clearly address the package to: GIUMA RETURNS to avoid deductions for any duties/taxes.
Damaged/defective products:
- Report any damages within 24 hours of delivery to: giumavenezia@gmail.com.
- Attach detailed photos of the damage and indicate the order number.
Bespoke garments:
- These items cannot be returned, as they are custom-made for the customer.
- Pursuant to art. 5 paragraph 3 DL 186/99, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items.
