TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND RETURN
Delivery:
All items are made to order after the order is placed.
- Production and delivery times: Estimated 12-15 working days , unless otherwise indicated in the product sheet.
- The term working days refers to Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- During peak season, lead times may be longer as each piece is hand-sewn.

FREE SHIPPING
- For orders over €150 , we offer free shipping throughout Europe.
- Taxes and duties are included in online prices (excluding outlet, sample and wholesale items).
- Delivery normally takes place within 15 working days , with a maximum of 20 working days in case of delays.
Cancellations:
It is not possible to cancel an order after 24 hours from placing it.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return following these conditions:
- Deadline for requests: Within 10 working days of delivery.
- Return shipping: Within 14 days of delivery, as provided for by art. 64 of the Consumer Code.
- Articles must be:
- Unworn, unwashed or altered.
- In original condition, with intact labels and packaging.
- Return shipping costs: Customer pays.
Refund ITALY:
- The amount of the product will be refunded, minus the initial shipping cost of €15.
- For returns made between the 14th and 17th day , a gift card valid for 1 year will be issued.
- We do not accept returns after 17 days .
Refund EUROPE:
- The amount of the product will be refunded, minus the initial shipping cost plus any expenses incurred by the company for any customs charges incurred by the company to ensure no additional costs to the customer, at the time of delivery.
- For returns made between the 14th and 17th day , a gift card valid for 1 year will be issued.
- We do not accept returns after 17 days .
Non-returnable items:
- Customized or made-to-measure products (e.g. fur coats and vests).
- Items purchased on sale, outlet or sample.
- Gift vouchers.
International Returns:
- Returns are not free. You must use a trackable shipping service.
- Giuma Venezia is not responsible for items lost during transport.
- Please clearly address the package to: GIUMA RETURNS to avoid any duties/taxes being deducted.
Damaged/defective products:
- Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery to: giumavenezia@gmail.com .
- Please attach detailed photos of the damage and indicate the order number.
Tailored garments:
- They are not returnable, as they are made to measure for the customer.
- Pursuant to art. 5 paragraph 3 DL 186/99, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods.
