For simplicity, we offer free shipping throughout Europe for orders over €150. Delivery takes 15 working days. The price includes all applicable taxes and duties. (except items purchased at outlets or wholesale).
Cancellations: Unfortunately we are unable to process any cancellations after 24 hours have passed since your order was placed with us.
Taxes & Duties: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. All taxes and duties are prepaid and included in our online prices (except for items purchased in sample sale, outlet sale, or wholesale).
Courier: Shipments are processed by various couriers to ensure the best delivery method. DHL, Fedex, UPS etc. You will receive regular updates on your order and delivery status via email, you will receive an email alert as soon as the package leaves with tracking to follow the shipment.
Return
We hope you’ll love GIUMA designer pieces too. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items that meet our eligibility requirements below:
* Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
* Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. If your return exceeds the 14-day period but is within 17 days of receipt, a gift card valid for 1 year will be issued. We do not accept returns after 17 days and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
* Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way and must be in sellable condition, free from marks and stains.
Unfortunately, returns will not be accepted if the above requirements are not met.
Please include a sheet with your identifying information and order number inside the return package. Otherwise, this may cause a delay in the return process.
Non-returnable items:
* Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged.
* Items without original tags and packaging.
* Gift cards
* Sample sale/outlet sale items
* Tailored garments (all furs and vests)
If you receive your items damaged/defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery via our WhatsApp chat.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please note that returns are not free, so you will be responsible for shipping costs. We are not liable for any returned items lost in transit to us, so we recommend shipping your return via a trackable service and keeping proof of shipment until you receive your refund notification.
You should clearly address the package to “GIUMA RETURNS.” Otherwise, excess duties/taxes may apply and will be deducted from your refund.
