Courier: Shipments are processed by various couriers to ensure the best delivery method. DHL, Fedex, UPS etc. You will receive regular updates on your order and delivery status via email, you will receive an email alert as soon as the package leaves with tracking to follow the shipment.

Timing: Furs, being custom made products, require up to 15 working days to be made plus shipping. You will receive an email as soon as the package leaves.

Each fur coat is custom-made and personalized exclusively for you, making it a true tailored garment.

Since these are made-to-order products, you can customize the size, color, measurements, collars, or hoods; however, pursuant to Art. 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code, exchanges or returns are not allowed.

Coat in 100% mink, inner lining in polyester.

Do not wash in water; do not bleach; do not tumble dry; iron at a low temperature max 230°F;
Rely on Professionals: It is highly recommended to take the fur to a professional cleaner specializing in fur garments.

Fur Care Instructions

Since the furs have just been sewn and finished, it’s important to follow a few precautions to ensure their longevity:

1. Hang the fur on a hanger.
2. Store the fur in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
3. Avoid applying perfume, as it may discolor the fur and dry out the leather.
